8.5 x 11":  $5.00 for up to 50 pages / $9.00 for up to 100 pages (does not include shipping charges)
CD-R: Includes all compiled versions, an autorun option for HTML editions and any other files author submits for inclusion; plus, custom printed, direct-on-disc, labeling and jewel case or paper envelope.
$10.00 for mastering / 10% off our regular rates for disc duplication & packaging for each CD-R copy that includes standard black text direct-on-disc printing.
